So the local poker room has "Poker Pro" tables and there is a tip bin at the front counter where you buyin and cashout. Do you tip at all? Personally, I dont see the reasoning behind it. Thoughts?

You tip for the service a person gives you so probably not.

What the hell would you be tipping for? I'm assuming they take a rake. That pays for everything in the casino including the machine you play on.
It would be like leaving a tip jar next to a slot machine. Would you ever tip there? I certainly wouldn't.
