I put his range at A6, AT+, or 66. I rule out AA because I doubt he raises the flop with it. I rule out 22 because I personally don't open 4x with 22, and certainly don't want to call a 3b with it. I also don't play 2/5, so if this is wrong, so be it. I don't think KK, QQ, JJ, or TT will raise OTF. KK would maybe if he is aggro, though, so I'll include a separate calculation.
With the range above, your equity is a staggering 86%.
If we add AA, KK, and 22 to villain's range, we get 77%.
If we subtract AQ, AJ, and AT from villain's range, we still have 46.3% equity.
I think, outside of other information weighing villain more towards 66, AA, or KK we absolutely have to call here.
