Yes open limping SCs is a leak. My guess is dropping them altogether from this position would be your best adjustment for now. In deeper games after you've become comfortable playing them for a raise profitably in late position (read: not just playing them fit or fold but generating some nonshowdown winnings) you might consider re-introducing those hands to your o/r range in slightly earlier positions.
I would suggest opening the suited Broadway's for a raise.
When multiple players limp in front I raise the stronger part of this range. What I do with the weaker parts depends on my position and the type of players who have limped. Are they stations, fit or foldies etc. will I be likely to ISO preflop or will it likely be 5 ways to the flop? If there are sticky pay off wizards limping in an overlimp can be ok.
