I have around 600$ and villain has 400$. 4 people call a 20 raise. I have J-9 suited and flop comes 10s,8s,Ko. I have a straight flush draw and villain raises 50 and I shove. Villain thinks that I have pocket kings and says that she has 2 pair. She calls and I hit a flush. Was this the right move by me?

Did the villain think you had pocket kings and made a set or you had 'a' King ( with another card) and you made a pair on the flop?
If so then the villain might be overvaluing her two pair or be slightly confused.
Was it you who raised pre flop or the villain?
Another thing to consider is did the 4 pre flop callers fold to villains 50 flop bet or your shove? If you can add some position info it would be good. I'd do all I could to keep as many of them in the hand as possible with a straight flush draw. Calling the villains bet might be optimal in this situation with passive callers.

She was pretty certain I had trip kings and tanked for like 5 minutes but called anyways. It was the UTG-1 who raised pre flop and they all folded to my shove. My decision was to play it as a semi-bluff because if she folds i'll take down around 150 and if she calls, I still have like 14 outs
