Re: 2-5 Live game hand advice, pocket Kings

I think I'm afraid of AA and QQ on that flop since villain called a pretty big amount pre, something I often do with AA, and since he did open to $40 pre flop so QQ is in his range if hes set mining, so is AK. I think AQ folds to the 3bet?

The $100 bet is a little suspicious, I don't think he can ever have a draw to stop bet here unless he holds Ad Kd, so I flat this flop with no real scare cards for your hand. On the turn I'd debate pushing over a raise depending on his betsize and if a third diamond hit (I'd consider it as bringing a draw, rather than one hitting) and I'd definitely be raising if checked to on a diamond. On a non diamond I might check back hoping to induce and then I would commit myself to atleast calling a normal raise on a non A river and possibly shove over.

Do you have any feel for the villains play? Does he usually trap with the nuts? If he does AA is a big part of his range imo. Does he fold QQ in this spot or call pre? would he lead top set? does he bet near pot with big hands usually? If he does I probably come over the top on the flop.
