Just a sanity check
Hero: Pretty new to the table, is a rec regular but definitely doesn't look like it (boobs/no backpack)
Villain: 28-35 year old white guy, looks like a reg but hero doesn't recognize him. Seems to be opening more than average, I'd peg him at 15% opening range.
Villain opens to $25 in MP, folds to hero in CO, hero goes $75 with K

-Pretty standard, if unnecessary. Plenty of people will hate this I'm sure.
Flop: A

Villain checks, hero checks
Reason to bet: street projection to get villain to fold a better pair, protection against two overcards that don't have a K in them (basically just suited connectors)
Reason to check: Not many hands we actually have to protect against that don't have a K in them, to get a fold from better we're going to have to double barrel, we have showdown value, we have NO backdoor draws. Would rather bluff with KJs, KTs, 56s type hands with BDFD then what I have. Am also checking plenty of top pair hands here, if they aren't AK, so have protection against bluffs.
Turn: Q
($150)
villain checks, hero checks
Not an awful card in that AQ combos are reduced, but KQ and QJs/QTs just pulled ahead, all reasons for checking above apply + now getting a fold from a pair just got harder since we checked flop.
River: K

Villain bets $80, hero calls
We can raise to get a call from AJ/AT, but we lose to JT/AQ/AK/KQ/QQ/KK and the weaker aces may find a fold where we never get a fold from better hands.
