Check behind to let a free card go. Call the river if they bet or if they check river you bet for value. Don't do check-raises or even raises because you really have a small hand. I'm not crazy about that hand too much.

You should have raised more preflop.

Agree pre should have been more. Don't care what the table "norm" is, $20 is not enough at 2/5 w/ a limper.

Actually that hand may be relevant and i had to think about it but the two hands are connected. It just happened last hand.

I raised over his limp to 20 with J9cc. BTN in this hand called from sb, bb called limper called.

Flop K75

Checks to me i bet 55, sb called, limper called

I checked back 9

River 5

Sb bet, 75, limper shoved, i fold, sb calls

So he had about 400 to start that hand

This is exact next hand

So they know we're capable of c-betting and giving up, so their ranges OTT are likely wide & BTN could be tilting or trying to get back at UTG...

I'm still leading ~$150-200... hopefully to get tilty BTN in with a Jx or diamonds.

I'm likely to check the flop BTW. I realize it's sort of dry, but after they see us c-bet and give up I think we'll get called too often as ends up happening here.

multi way like this, i check flop. as played on the turn, i'd either check behind for pot control or bet small, hoping to extract worse value from worse pairs.

would suck to get c/r on the turn though even though V's range would be sets, 34, and bluffs.

Yeah this is almost exactly what I was thinking. I went ahead and bet here because I thought the button could be steaming.

Refkecting on these two hands, i think i should have bombed the turn in hand 1. Its hard to call with Kx in that spot vs an unkown.

Went ahead and bet less because i didnt think i needed to go very high so i bet 130,

Button shoved, bb shoved, limper shoved and i was 4th best and drawing dead vs 34 34 22 lol...btn had 22
