I think bet/folding the turn and river is best here since a big ace is likely not raising and much like the other hand, the fact that he limped UTG just screams "AA!!"
What happens if you check river and he rolls-over Ax? Is that a case of missed value or does Villain NEVER have this hand?

Honestly, how can you say UTG limp "screams" AA? Surely, this player type has a much wider UTG limping range, given your OP (where I don't recall seeing nit TAG).

Bet/folding turn was your best option (rather than c/r), but, even then you're drawing to a flush and a full-house. While neither are nuttish hands, it's still a tough fold, albeit possible, given appropriate bet-sizing and player-type reads.

I meant check raising the turn and when he calls the range of hands that he is calling with is very small and when he raises the river I am ahead about 0% of the time.

If you bet/call the turn and check the river and he checks behind with Ax then you just gotta take a note, especially if he is a reg
