All we have to go by is your read, and if you think he has better than TT, it's a fold on the flop.
If you have changed or expanded your read to include bluffs, then let us know that in the OP or when we first ask. We have been giving advice based on YOUR read.
Again, I would have raised less pre, bet more on the flop, and if I thought he was FOS or could have a Q that he will fold to me, I would have raised flop or called and lead turn.
