What hands has he been raising preflop? By active, does that mean simply being in a lot of pots splashing around or aggressively entering a lotta pots by raising? Does his raising range change depending on what position it is folded to him? For a lotta players, the fact that it is folded to them in the CO doesn't mean anything in terms of raising vs limping: 87 is still a limping hand, as is 55, as is AJ, while TT+/AK are raising hands. Very read dependent, but my default would be to fold preflop until reads tell me otherwise.
SPR is only 6 on the flop. We're going to run into commitment issues almost immediately.
I also just call the flop so as to not blow out hands that we're crushing and value town ourselves against hands that are crushing us.
When checked to on the turn I'd probably also bet it just to protect against one card straight/flush draws (no reason to give a free card here). I'd probably bet 1/2 PSB as a 1/4 PSB is giving too good of odds, imo.
I'd just showdown on the river. Our hand is too strong to turn into a bluff and kinda too weak to get much value from worse.
