1/2 NL, 45 minutes into session.

Hero ($250 stack, BTN): TAG image to regs, possibly LAG to unkowns at the table due to the fact that I've been on a heater and have raised pre flop several hands and have taken down a few pots without getting to showdown

Villain 1 ($200 stack, BB): Maniac. Has raised almost every single hand, straddles every single BTN and UTG, has been all in pre flop 3 times already and has lost all 3 times. However, he does seem to understand hold 'em and plays decent post flop.

Villain 2 ($250 stack, CO): LAG player. Plays about 40% of his hands, has won hands shown down with top pair and a really weak kicker (Q3o and K5o stick out). He tends to call loose players down with weak holdings, but tightens up against tighter players.

OTTH

MP1 and villain 2 limp. Hero looks up to A K and raises to $13. SB folds and villains 1 and 2 both flat.

Flop ($42): A 10 7.

Villains 1 and 2 check and hero leads out for $30. Villains 1 and 2 both call pretty quickly.

Turn ($132) 4.

Villain 1 immediately goes all in for approx $160 more and announces "you can't both have pocket aces!"

Villain 2 quickly re shoves.

Hero?

Gross. Hand is fine pre (very small for my tables, and seems small vs. a maniac and a LAG playing lots of hands) and on the flop. I fold on the turn unless I get some sick read or unless they've done this before. If neither has you beat, more power to them.

I had never played with villain 1 before and had never seen him act in such fashion before.

Villain 2, however, I can see re shipping it there with most aces or better. I do think that he fully thinks I'm folding due to my tight image.

I fold based on V1. (The speech makes me want to fold, too.)

Fold with the best part being you might get to see both hands. There just isn't enough chance that Jamie Gold is good here often enough to warrant calling vs 2 AI's.

Yeah pretty easy fold. More worried about V1. His "speech" is a very strong tell and there just aren't many semi-bluffs / combo-draws out there.

Not convinced that the speech is a strength tell here (it's a strong hand statement, which can imply weakness), so if it's just him I might find a call. But after V2 insta-reshoves it's an easy fold. With a rainbow board there just aren't any big draws that could be going crazy here.

Spoiler:
Hero tanks for a minute. He is more concerned about villain 1, and thinks it's very possible that villain 1 either turned two pair or has an ace with a good kicker, and thinks he's way ahead and will get paid off with his image.

Hero thinks villain 2 has a strong ace and sees two pair or set, while possible, as very unlikely.

Hero ultimately decides to call.

River is 10.

Hero shows down his hand and villain 2 shows down A Q and villain 1 shows down A 4 and sarcastically says "I ****ing love poker." While hero wins the pot, it appears he made a bad call.

V1 is a fish. Next time don't call. That was your one time!

Easy fold. Live reads are so important. Learn from this experience and it will go a long way.

Against 2 maniacs I call, against decent to good regs I fold. I've seen so many maniac hands show down to busted flush versus busted straight it's hard for me to go away against them on that flop. A good player with speech play makes me suspect a set of 10s or A10 but not against maniacs.
