Best was just last year, 91.5 BB in 7:45. Just like Matt Damon said, I don't remember anything about that session
03-02-2016 , 02:34 AM
Thinking I won about 140 bb in a session a maybe lost like 85 but I run like god
03-02-2016 , 02:26 PM
My best was +125 bets. A highlight:

Highlight hand:

Two limps, LAG raises CO, I three bet KJs SB, BB calls, 5 way

Flop 763tt. I've BDFD. I go ahead and bet (prob a mistake but whatever), they call

Turn 5 checks through

River 5 of flush checks through

I win.

I haven't seen leo doc around for a while. Does anybody know if he's ok?

Oh, good. I was going to call tomorrow if you hadn't posted. I hope all is going well.

I appreciate the concern, my friend. Btw, 3-bet the flop when you hit that set a few weeks back, even with one opponent.

And since folks are talking about big wins/loses, one of my best was at CAZ in the 20 game in which you were playing. It's been a while ago, but I remember flopping a set of 3s and many bets went into the pot. Iirc, that big floor guy with the pony tail had to help my drunken self carry those racks of reds to cash out about a 100 BB win in a four or five hour session. Also think that might have been the year that I treated you, DC and pope to the Pink Pony.

Heh, I've had the floor help me carry my chips twice in my life. Once was when I had 14 racks and the floor wasn't going to let me wheel them on a chair, and then second was when the dealer refused to let me because I got suddenly too sick and weak. An hour later I got first ambulance ride

No, I sent you to the Pink Pony when I should've recommended Don and Charlie's, something I regret to this day. Glad all is well.

I used a side table on Saturday to roll 7 racks to the cage bec I'm old.

I just remembered that you did take us to Don and Charlie's and I sent the bread flying when I needed a napkin to mop up the rib sauce! I'm going to have to go back there sometime soon.
03-02-2016 , 10:43 PM
Yep we were at Don and Charlie's that evening. I only stayed for like an hour gambling after, so I didn't get to see all the winnings by Leo. Back at the tents!
03-02-2016 , 11:13 PM
Glad you said 'back at the tents' bec it reminded me about what happened on Sat: One time at the tents a couple of tables up was a fat slob (and if I call somebody fat they are FAT) w/ his pants around his legs, fat slob plumber butt sticking out. I call over a floor and ask him to tell the guy to pull up his pants. Floor makes a face and goes away. I ask another floor, he makes a face, but goes up to the guy, taps him on the shoulder, guy stands up, pulls up his pants, asks what the floor wants and floor says 'nothing now.'

Fast track to Sat: I glance over at the next table, same scene. I ask a woman floor to tell him to pull up his pants, she makes a face and runs away. I call the poker board and tell them to send a floor to table X, seat 9 and tell him to pull up his pants. Nobody ever showed and I had to spend two hours not looking left.

why don't you ask the guy yourself? clearly it's important to you and this way you wouldn't bother all those other people

If Howard didn't actually want to be looking at his butt he wouldn't be

Looking at the silly off-season news, here's a list of "major" free agency for each team. There may be some Raiders fans around here. Your punter is a major story? A sure sign your team is terrible is that signing your punter (or not doing so) counts as news.

Assuming every one involved is 100% honest. If someone gave you like $2500 a day in cash every day for a year, and you never verified because you know they're 100% honest, at the end of the year do you think you're more likely to have over paid or under?
03-03-2016 , 12:49 PM
Definitely overpaid. I know at least 3 times this month people have given me cash and been $100 over. Easiest $300 I've ever made
03-03-2016 , 12:51 PM
If the other party is honest, you are more likely to be overpaid.
03-03-2016 , 12:54 PM
That's what I figured. Sticky bills were going to be tough to beat

I can tell but I don't think others can. We'll see.

I think that if they shorted you $100 and realize afterwards they have an extra $100, they will give you the $100 they shorted. But if they paid too much, they won't be entirely sure they gave it to you, thinking they might have spent it elsewhere or lost it or whatever. So they are less likely to ask for the $100 back.
03-03-2016 , 01:06 PM
What if that wasn't a concern? What if we were just soley interested in the physical part of the transaction?
03-03-2016 , 01:23 PM
Sticky bills is probably right then

They are the ones getting paid from the $4 rake I pay and all they do is waltz around doing a hard thing maybe twice a day. Plus I don't want to get punched in the face.
03-03-2016 , 02:33 PM
Sticky bills are really only a problem with $100s, all the rest are circulated enough to have rubbed all the jizz off.
