Yes, and I do occasionally flat with AA, or a mid pp, action is too underdeveloped to see if a small pp is worth two bets, though tempting because the game was pretty juicy. Also flatting KQs. 3-betting JJ,QQ,KK 100%, flatting AKs,AA,TT-77.
Total maniac actually had AA that hand, I flopped second pair of queens, and simply called down, which was the best line, imo. One cold caller behind, the before mentioned uber-loose. Blinds folded, KQXr, bet, I call, fold. Then it ragged out, and I called down.
AA runs better multiway than people think. There's only a real drop off when you go from a 2-way pot, into a 3-way pot. Against 5 or more players, it still gets tons of value.
