That is a distortion of the facts sir, and I did try to give you $150, which you graciously pointed out

How do they get a workout in if they only stand around grunting while they drop weights?

Remember those ads with the guy that keeps saying "I pick things up and put them down."? I laugh to myself when people ask me what I do for work because that's what I do 80% of the time. 10% of the time I take things apart. 10% of the time I put things together. Getting paid for exercise is the **** imo.

In related news:

I'm going to a crossfit gym for the first time tomorrow. I've never been into the really intense workouts, but I'm looking forward to seeing how much I can snatch and clean.

I couldn't really find a way to fit it into my post, but they grunt loudly, lift once, slam the weights to the ground and then walk around for 30 minutes or so and then repeat.

I mean they were in way better shape than I'll ever be, but I always found it kind of amusing. Maybe they were there all day and I just always missed their actual workout.

Apparently vodka, cigarettes, 2+2, and the resulting sleepiness is more important to me than working out at 9am on a Saturday morning.

I'll have to settle for lifting in the driveway. The gun show starts around 1pm.

Brazil getting rollo'd early again.

In other news, so tilting to drive two hours to be first on the list for a long while. So now I'm watching the game while playing online (or what I'd be doing if I was at my house)

I accumulate 9% of the chips with 30 players left and word quickly spreads across California. I proceed to get chips in twice, dominated agains small, but not insignificant stacks. Now I have an average stack and it's push or fold, except most of the dorks don't know it and do crap like raise 1/3 of their stacks and fold. Bust 20th. I play bad. Won 50 bucks which I owe to the good Capn' for a baseball ticket. I pay him even though he forgot and is up 3 racks.
I busted 13th. With about 26 or so left, I lose a huge pot where I 3bet shoved QQ for ~30BBs over an 8x (lol, yes 8x) open. He tank called w/ JJ and binked the AJx flop. I had 3.5BBs after we counted down the stacks. 4 hands later I'm back up to 25BBs again. Got it AI again as a huge favorite a few orbits later for about 15BBs each, my 66 vs his 55 and he flops quads gjge my over pairs (KK lost to TT for about 45BBs AIPF in like level 3). I had one SB left after the hand and lost it 2 hands later vs the same guy who has QQ vs my 87s. I flop OESD, turn FD but brick river.

Lol NLHE. 2/5 where you can buy in for largest stack ($5k so game plays super deep). I buy in for $1k.

First hand I post CO, 7 way limped pot, I check J4 and take it down on a 443 flop.

Second hand a raise a limper to $30 with AhAc. Button, BB and limper call. Flop is 9d8d4c. I bet $80, button raises to $200 with like $600 behind, tagalongs fold, I raise to $540 (I know bad right - but wtf I don't play nl), he shoves and I call the last $260.

He has red jacks and of course the turn is the Td giving him a brazillion outs but the river is the As. So after doubling through in the first 2 minutes I fold a ton, butcher a few more big hands and cash out like 5 hours later with $2.3k.

Going back tonight for round 2.

Did Leo coin a new word? I really want to incorporate brazillion into my vocabulary.

I know MC Hammer's dad used to play at the Oaks. Not sure if he was a professional gambler or a manager.
