I saw episode six 10+ times before seeing four or five so i can relate to this.

also, does anyone else laugh when an old nit (no offense intended) rolls over pocket aces and win or lose they say, "what did you think I was raising with?" after going into call down mode on the flop. Just seems like an odd thing to say and I hear it a lot.

Yeah I love it when they win way less than they should and berate you for not knowing your top pair was no good.

I was just looking up property tax rates for my area in an effort to calculate if I would be saving money by buying a condo vs. continuing to pay rent on my 20' x 20' box. Was starting to feel really behind because I don't have that down payment saved up. By most metrics that are applied to my demographic I'm pretty poor (35 yr old white male).

Glad to hear about someone else in this boat. I get tired of having to explain when questioned why buying property is not automatically a good investment. Also, I live in a city where property is ****ing expensive.

It was supposed to be an homage to their commercial last year with the kid in the Vader suit. The dog getting shape was my favorite commercial this year. The cutaway was unnecessary but whatevs

He check/raises I am confused and assume he just flopped the straight and THAT's the hand he was making slow play with because he'd always raise any 3 or 4 gut shot draw at least twice on the flop so I call.

My skype IM window was burning. I'd look back at the little balloon with a message and, "HERE'S ANOTHER ONE!!@!!" followed by some guy who floats the flop with no hope, c/r the turned gssd to the ignorant end, and then expert river raise crushing some mere top two or top set. Still, Jesse's chips are worth a lot.

I feel his pain. Not as much with the 9999 fellow. I liked the 8888 one. Maybe I should ban the 9's guy so we get the other one back.

Though online, you can be down 70BB one night to up 100BB the next and not have played all that long. All good Doug plus I sent you like 3 where I totally soulread the guys and won or saved many BBs.
