you 3 bet pf here and people generally put you on JJ-AA, AK even if they're bad players.

I don't three bet anything from the BB as a default outside of HU/3 handed situations where ranges are wide enough in which I can three bet a wide range myself. If there's compelling reasons to do so, though, I'll three bet this hand (like opener doesn't auto-cbet, cold caller folds the flop so often that I miss out on value, opener is a total spaz, etc).
