The thing is, unless you are playing a psycho, if he takes this line:
call PF
check raise flop
bet turn
check raise river
KK is losing 99%+
If he is a psycho and you have that read, then you bet/call the river.
When he checks the river its more likely he is scared of the ace or flush or whatever. If he's scared, KK is probably winning.
It's an easy bet fold because if he c/r, we are so boned. Also, he will call with all kinds of PP here.
Especially at 4/8
