Was playing at one of the local places and a dealer told a player who was texting that the phone needed to be level, ie parallel to the table surface, or below the level of the table. Meanwhile, a poker vlog of a session at that same location just appeared on youtube. Guess that vlogger must have a more discrete way of filming. I'm not a NL player, but it would be pretty funny to end up in a game where everyone else is filming their hands.
