Most people who move up from 4/8 would also feel comfortable in a 100/200 lineup. Also, would love to see your face 2 months in having run cold and having $100k on the line. It would be priceless hearing 8/16 bad beat stories, "then this old man who always calls just takes three to the face like it was nothing..."

Also, by murder do you mean like 3BB/HR? 4BB/HR? 1.5?

A "bad" game is a game against players who either aren't exploitable or whose leaks are not serious enough for them to donate money to you. It's usually going to involve TAG's, LAGTAG's, and/or good LAG's. Nits may not be any fun, but a table full of nits is totally exploitable and generally profitable.
My results at nitty tables have actually been pretty poor. Maybe because I've run bad and they keep x/c down with TPTK and let me barrel off my 7 hi again, rather than getting to bluff them off 44 on KT2-T.

At nitty tables, their first call can mean a lot. Think about a nit's range when he calls your PFR. Now look at board textures on the flop, does he have a lot of pairs, draws, or air? On boards that your nit misses, his first call means something -- he may not draw to overcards or weak draws. If you choose to barrel vs a meaningful call, you're lighting money on fire.

Ya, I mean I haven't been playing nitty tables in like 2 years (nittery is one thing no one will accuse the FW/Borgata 20 game of), but I definitely wasn't as skilled back then, either. A lot more auto-barreling and dark tunnel crap.
