Usually I raise the flop and they don't bet into me on the turn unless they improve. I see a lot of players wait until the turn to raise but I raise the flop with good hands.

He bet into me which surprised me and I misplayed the hand.

An area to improve.

Yes, brain dead I guess.

Well, this hand points to exactly how I play.

Limp OTB and you say raise (sometimes I do but not often).

Raise the flop with what I think is the best hand.

He donks into me and I call instead of raise.

He checks the river and I bet.

This is my MO.

It's amazing that I win even a little.

I have not been on the forum for months. Last April I quit playing 6/12 and just play 3/6 on Saturdays for a few hours. 157 hours and $5/hr since April 2011.

I play 4/8 kill at Cache Creek a few times a year. 8 times in 2011 and 2012. 37 hours $9/hr. small sample.

Edit: my last post was 4/1/11 until this year.

Try again.
