More importantly, the reinforcement learning techniques were applied to Atari games, and it learned how to play break-out.

My pc keeps telling me that WindowsXP will no longer be receiving updates from google chrome in the near future. Any ideas besides getting a new pc? Reformatting? I suck with the technical part of computers.

Reformatting won't do any good. You need to either get a new computer or get Windows 7. (Windows 10 might be better, but not sure your hardware can support it.)

bovada has been a great option for a while now and you should jump on it. carbon and acr have very low traffic. seals only has lhe once in a blue moon.
