There's a thread for this, and one that you can post a picture in.

limit holdem is a showdown based game so yes most of your winnings are going to come at showdown and your non-showdown line (red line?) will be heading straight down

can you post some screenshots and etc? playing without pt/hud will have been handicapping you a bit since most of your opponents probably are using it to get info/reads at the table, so i'd recommend you take a break and then when you come back start using it again

I'd play more hands in late position to start, which should bring down your wtsd.

How do you feel about raising the button with K5o+, Q2s+, J8o+, 96s+, 87o, or 64s?

a lot of those seem like bad raises to me in high-rake low-stake games ^

pokerstars is very tough these days i believe - very few fish - breaking even without a hud (and so probably less than optimal seat/game selection) is a solid accomplishment tbh.

as always, stats aren't the whole picture. without considering playstyle, thought process, etc, there is no such thing as ideal stats. definitely agree that you should post more hands where you have questions

well i only play 4 table max so a HUD isnt really a problem during play time, it is much about analysing hand that im missing
i never seat select because i simply do not play at a level where you can make real money.
whats the point of seat selection, if i cant beat .5/1$ 1$/2$ without seat selection ill never reach the goal i put myself on, that is the way i see it...

well seem my stats are ok, so thx guys.

I'm not saying to raise them 100%. I'm asking because if you're not considering raising these hands without considering the players in the blinds and their tendencies, then you're likely missing out on +ev raises preflop. Put a couple lags in the blinds that will 3 bet often and I'm not raising any of those hands. Put a tighty in the small blind and a standard tag in the big blind and I'm raising all of them.

I'm bumping this thread to encourage our newer posters to post stats and to read through others. Remember, sample size matters. Thus, we'd really like to see 10K+ hand samples if you have them. 5K is way better than 500. Also, don't post and then explain stuff away. "This 10K sample includes 2K hands where I didn't have a starting hand chart and thus I limped all the time" makes people's comments less worthwhile. You'd be better to post 8K hands where you played as your current understanding. We'll still complain that it wasn't a 10K sample, but the other comments will be more valuable.

Could you post positional stats? If you look at the quoted stats in post 1259, you'll see the grid that works well. 56% won$@sd is insane, iirc. You may be running well at showdown. It could be that as a former 5/T player, you're crushing these low micros.

Welcome to the forums and the stats thread.

Or maybe he's really good at reading river situations. I had some decent samples that had me running >1.5BB/100 with 55% won showdown at stakes <2/4 online.

I think ive been running pretty well, but not running in godmode at all.. But i think my overall game is very balanced on all streets, but against players who takes lines that are exploitable in a GTO perspective i make a ton of my EV, my lines are very GTO nitish for the ranges im facing. I make the most money on my general understanding of postflop play, i think its mainly postflop fundamentals micro stakes lacks... For me this is just a challange... I was lucky to win a scoop ticket in a satelite and now im up to 50$ Så ill be around 10c/20c now Wish me luck... Ill share results later next month..

E: i actually cashed for 150$ but withdrawed any above the 50$... So i start from 50$ from tomorrow, but i got exams comming, so might not be able to play so much

tl;dr, stars approved me to play while I live in Korea. Averaging about 1k hands a day. So far, half and half between .50/1 and 1/2. Anything that stands out below?

Hey Breich I meant to respond but I put it off and forgot about this thread.

Stats look solid. You could probably beat higher stakes imo.
