This thread is for discussion of the games on Absolute Poker and UltimateBet and the players that play in them. There are two rules:

1. There will be no linking 2+2 screen names/real names to poker site screen names without permission.

2. While discussing the play of certain players is ok, abuse is not. There should be nothing derogatory at all linked to certain screen names. This includes "idiot", "moron", etc. Keep it to factual analysis of how the person plays and what adjustments you think should be made.

Moderator's comments (SW): This thread replaces the original Absolute Regulars Thread. I appreciate the strong sense of community felt by the AP regulars in SSSH. Low content and somewhat offtopic posts are welcome within reason.

Please refrain from abusing this thread. Personal attacks, abusive language, flaming, invasion of privacy, explicit sexual discussions, racism, sexism, and similar unwelcome posts have no place in this thread or anywhere in SSSH.

cliff notes on why the old one was locked?

Discussions going on in the old thread where not appropriate to SSSH so we decided to push the reset button and remind people of the rules, which have always been in place. In the future, this thread unlikely to be locked, but people who can't follow the rules and their posts will be removed.

You dont need to justify your presence as a mod by using all the fancy lock/ban/edit features. There are 10 times as many people who want that thread opened as there are people who had their panties in a knot over what was being said.

If specific individuals are breaking the most sacred of all rules by talking about non-poker issues with other AP regs in the AP reg thread, closing the thread makes a whole lot less sense than warning or temp-banning the offending individuals.

I wasn't wearing any panties as is typically the case when I wear mini-skirts to night clubs or post messages here.
