I agree, but I don't think it's wrong to be cautious if you aren't sure they are a positional raiser.
Basically, this sort of thing carries big RIO's if you end up doing it against someone whose range is QQ+ AK or something. You can end up flopping a pair and paying off a lot of bets with it.
Whereas it's profitable, but not greatly so, against someone with a typical stealing range from the CO.
So if it's the first hand I've seen the guy play from the CO I'm likely to prefer caution even given the stuff you are mentioning.
