When are peak times for Bay Area B&M casinos (specifically Oaks)? The last few times I've gone the crowds have seemed counterintuitive ... Friday nights 6pm to 8pm seem like there's a waning audience, Sunday afternoon was busier. Is there a late night crowd that I don't see, or is Saturday afternoon the most crowded time of the week?

(Sorry for B&M LC but it seems like more Bay Area folks hang out here than in B&M.)

Perhaps James, the vanishing mod, might make a special guest appearance this month in the LC thread. He could even introduce himself to some of our newer ss forum members.

Maybe he's saving up his poker related time for Vegas?

So far this thread is doing a great job of living up (down?) to its title. No/low content.

I don't know about the Oaks, but the San Jose casinos should have normallish busy hours.

I thought so. Although Wall-E was good as well. Having a 9 yr old daughter we sort of get suckered into going to lots of movies for youngins. But this one holds up for all ages I think. We also enjoyed seeing Monsters vs. Aliens.

Late last yr we went to see Marley & Me and we were pleasantly surprised. Wife read the book & loved it. We didnt think the flick was going to be that good but it was pretty decent
