Is the villain a gambler or a nit? That should be enough of a read to give a good idea of what the LRR means.
My experience is precisely the contrary with respect to first-in LRR'ers (LRR'ers who were not first in the pot are far more often playing the random drawing hand). Indeed, I've saved LOTS of bets over the years simply assuming this unless it was obviously not true.

It is like 50/50 AA/KK vs something like 76s. You should be able to narrow pretty close based on your read of the person.

I think the fact that he is short-stacked is the most important thing here. Often someone like that limps hoping to see a cheap flop, but then once it gets raised they think they're going to be pot-committed on any flop regardless, so they just go ahead and put the max bets in.

My read on this villain has him much wider than AA-KK. He is playing tons of hands for raises and he is so short and stuck lots. I'm almost willing to ascribe ATC to him in this spot, that's how wild he's been.

Results:

I call the river bet, V2 mucks before I've even called, and V1 rolls over T6o.

No one has even considered x/f river here. I considered folding the river, as I just couldn't think of anything V2 could have that would go bet/bet/bet into a protected pot that was worse. But should I just fold the turn if that's my thinking?

the paired rather low board and he knows people call this board with high ace 99%, he has put you on overcards and nevertheless he keeps betting the river K. If he's realy passive it could be a fold. But on the turn he could semibluff (or bet a 7 or 99,88) and give up on the river.

I'd consider raising the river, but I'd just call as played. Also, may as well cap. You have equity, and the LRR is not necessarily AA/KK.

You shouldn't consider folding at any point in this hand. Chalk it up to "bad luck" or what have you. But folding is terrible.

4 bet pre. Honestly probably would 5 bet if had the option.

As played don't fold the turn.

*I would have cold 3 bet the flop hoping other villain would fold/trying to steal some equity. I realize this is unlikely, but still worth it.
