I am assuming the games are just a bunch of Bovada refugees who switched sites when Bovada stopped offering stud.
Bonus question: Why does stud 8 go all the time, but not stud hi?
Thanks for any insight!
i jump into those sometimes when i want to mash buttons and i haven't noticed anything shady. probably the biggest enemy is the rake more than any collusion or tomfoolery. the 1/2 games have been going for a while but have certainly gotten a bit stronger since bovada whacked stud - those refugee effects are seen mostly at 4/8 and up imo, as well as in a slight strengthening of the lhe and lo8 action.
stud8 is just a lot more popular than stud hi, and i think is more approachable for people who already have some idea of how to play games with a low, like lo8 or razz. stud hi is kind of its own world.
