depends on when you are there. it can go through very large playability swings. it starts at like 9am on fridays and goes i think all weekend or a very large % of it.

the morning and regular folks all know each other and it's a weak/tight or weak/loose fest.

once you get later into the night it becomes more like a typical mid limit holdem game, but it really doesn't get aggressive almost ever from the few times i've played it.

It's been going on some Thursday's with the high hand promotion. Sometimes 3 tables of 10/20 and no 20/40 because of it.

I normally always buy in for 1k. Reason being I lose 2 hands I'm down to 650-700ish rather than having $150/$200 in front and having to rebuy again.

Good luck.

Will likely be hitting up this table myself when I'm in AC next weekend.

I'll send along a report.

I'm assuming if I play 6Max $1/$2 limit online all the time I can handle these tables. Very familiar with SSHE, Stoxtrade, etc. We'll find out!

Following up, I played this game last night - first foray into $10/$20 live - and I thought it was a pretty good game (i.e. could be profitable for a semi-serious rec player like myself) . The guy who either limped in or raised (I forget) first position with T3h was a highlight.

No one did anything particularly interesting with bluffing or making plays post-flop except for heads-up pots when the guys who knew each other got into it calling each other down. Most pots were raised PF.

Granted it's different because most online 6Max pots are HUHU or just three players, but I thought the skill level at $10/$20 was at or below the skill level at $1/$2 online. I only played a few hours though so hard to tell.

Enjoyed the game and would recommend. I played the $2/$4/$6 while I waited and it was passive and boring. I'd be afraid to raise AA (or anything) because everyone would just fold.
