Ask Rakeback.com a question...

Please use this thread to ask us a question!

This thread is not intended for 'one on one' technical support, more so general questions regarding rakeback, our promotions or anything you think we might be able to help with. If you are unsure whether this is the place to ask then its probably not the place, so best you drop us a quick email to support@rakeback.com instead.

Thanks

if i win a 5000$ package on a freeroll how does it work then..how do i get the travel moneys and is it payed through my UB account?
(if the UB-freeroll is rescheduled soon, what i would appreciate )

not sure if its a too personal question, but i think it could be interesting for others to hear..or is it just confusing me cause im new on rakeback.com, couldn't find an answer on the promo-page

Re: Ask Rakeback.com a question...

Thanks for your question!

The basic answer is that in all of our freerolls the 'travel and expenses cash' which is normally $1,500 is paid directly to the winner at the end of the tournament.

Within 48 hours of the tournament ending a representitive from Rakeback.com will contact you with more information regarding accomodation and finally in regards to the $1,500 for tournament buy ins, you will need to be agree your schedule with rakeback.com either before you go, or during the 5/6 days you/we are in Vegas - as we have to make all of the tournament buy ins for you.

If you have any other questions please do not hesitate to post here.

Kind Regards

Re: Ask Rakeback.com a question...

Hey, I have a question. I play Heads up S&GS on FT/PS full time, and was curious how rakeback actually works in S&GS? If my S&G is $24+2, how much rakeback do I earn? Thanks.

Can you have my Full Tilt account tagged for rake back? I signed up though Hold'em Manager to get their software for free, but I'd like to start earning some rake back.

Unfortunately if your FT account was already created through Hold'em Manager it cant be moved to our affiliate tracker. Rakeback is paid from the affiliate commission that we get from poker rooms for referring players to their site, that are tagged with our affiliate code. Your poker account is not tagged with our affiliate code, so we do not get commission of your rake that would enable us to pay rakeback.

If you are interested in any other rakeback deals, please view this list: http://www.rakeback.com/

Hello CHRONICFEVER,

Sad to hear that but it is not only AP who will not allow you to have rakeback for your existing account. It is a poker room's wide policy and unfortunately we cant do anything in this situation. If you are interested in any other rakeback deals, please view the rakeback list on our website http://www.rakeback.com/

Re: Ask Rakeback.com a question...

Hi

I know that the different online gaming sites use different rake systems.
I only know 3 of them, and dont know if there are more.

Dealt = Everyone dealt in the hand counts for rake
Contributed = Everyone that contributes with money to the pot counts for rake
Average contributed = I suppose that in the contributed if you put more money into the pot it counts for more rake

Im right? What is the MGR of PokerTracker3?

Thanks!

MGR in PT3 is the dealt method. Rake in PT3 is contributed.

Re: Ask Rakeback.com a question...

These are probably donk questions, but

Say I have 1000 Full Tilt Points. Would I have gotten $270 in rakeback (FT has 27% rakeback, right?) if I had rakeback?

I know I can't sign up for rakeback with an existing account on FT. So if I create a new account to sign up with rakeback and never play my old account again, is that considered multi accounting or illegal?

Re: Ask Rakeback.com a question...

...i post my question here ..since this is the right thread....

can i have rakeback if i cash out my money from FTP ...close my account and then open a new account with same name and adresse but different credit card ???

also i am from France, the online gaming regulation is changing here, they want more regulation, control and of course taxes: basically governement says they want reset all accounts and start all over with new the regulation ......so if all account are reset, can we apply for Rackeback ???

Hello nastyyy yes this will count as multi accounting, if you will do that Full Tilt will find it sooner or later.

Hello,

The short answer is no. This will count as a duplicate account and will be closed by Full Tilt. Talking about possible account resetting in France then we cant give a clear answer about it. Wait till it happen and then ask us again maybe at that time we will have an answer.
