Make sure you have your hotkey configuration selected in the main window. Next to the hotkey is a gear icon. Click on that, and make sure suppress is checked. If you are still having troubles, you can send me your settings by clicking the ? and clicking send logs.

In Settings/Site setup, there must be 2 instances of Yatahay/WPN in the list. Delete one.
In the same section you can check the HH path and the poker client paths. They are either blank or pointing to directories that don't exist.

Is there a known issue with the thumbnail previewer? I seem to have a lot of tables go blank (all white) on the preview window when they are moved, either manually or moved to a slot for action.

I didn't know about one, but I will look in it. What OS are you on?

I haven't pinned it down to consistently reproducible and I'm not expert on TT, so might just be user misconfiguration. It was occasional and then all the time and now back to just a flicker when I first move a table, after which it seems fine. I was mostly playing around with focus, remove title bar, table height scaling, all under various layouts and modes. But I didn't keep track of when it was happening and not happening.

Not a high priority for me, was just playing around with it and noticed.


Win 8.1

On WPN when I use remove title bar option I'm occasionally getting tables where the border is removed, but it doesn't resize to the slot properly and there's this weird white space around it. Hot keys don't work on these tables and once I get one of them it seems the next tables to open are pretty likely to have the same bug. Opening the table and reopening them again from the tourny lobby produces the same result, have to stop/start tamer to fix it. Here's a pic of what it looks like http://imgur.com/VeFmmYB

We will see, till then I can't test it when they come, so is going to be hard. I don't play cash.
Regarding the preset bets, TT don't set them quicker than the programs that i've told you, maybe I play a lot of tables. Sometimes I was looking to the place on pokerstars where preset bets should apear and TT was like randomizing a number before placing it, maybe doing calculations or something! Maybe the problem is me cause I like quicker stuff. Well, not going discuss more with you.

Does not seem to work with Stars UK.
All was OK until update now does not recognize tables.
I also only play on Stars and I understand that you want rewarding for your hard work, but I think the price is excessive when compared to other options.
I only play $3.5 45 man sng's

I'm getting an error on start up:

"The server seems to be down or there is an issue with your firewall"

Did a quick search and saw some people had these problems last year... is there any quick fix to this issue?

I think I'd only pay about $5/month.

I've played a couple of sessions without TT and what I miss most are

1) Right click to fold Bovada Zone.

2) Hot-key to add chips on Bovada.

It seems to me that there's a very different market for 'pros' or serious players who play tons of hands vs. players like me that play <1000 hands per week.

When you start the program, does it say you are on a trial or that it is in free mode? What theme are you using? I understand that people that play only on stars have other options. I am working on a subscription for small stakes though.

I downloaded the update today and now table tamer won't let me login, it says "TT allows the user to install on only two PCs. Two PCs have already been activated on your account."

I am using the same computer since day one, my second pc is shut down right now. Any ideas?

I have managed to sort it out.
During the upgrade some settings have been altered.
The site setup page did not have the site enabled and
the hand history and log file directories had been changed.

Just my opinion, but it would make more sense to base subscription prices on features rather that stakes played. In other words, have 2 versions. A stripped down one, and a full feature version.

On 888 whenever any action is required on any table it's popping up over my current focused/urgent table. Any ideas? It was working 100% fine on the last release before you took it out of beta, this is my 1st session on the new versions and I can't figure out what is going on

i just started using the advanced action hotkeys for fold/check ans every so often it clicks the call.enough that i need to pay attention to see what is being clicked.also the table changes size every so often,kinda tilting.also if you could add something to close the tab after you rebuy that pops up.would be nice to close all them with 1 button.thx for all the hard work
