Try running Windows Update to get the latest .NET framework. It will probably be listed under Option Updates.

I'm curious, how does this program take the blinds into account?

If a player is in the BB facing a SB open, there is a different amount of "dead" money in the pot than if he was facing a Button open.

It always assumes 1.5 BBs + initial raise. So in a SB vs BB situation...
$1/$2 blinds
SB raises to $6
Set the calculator to 2.5BB raise

When the button raises...
Button raise to $6
Set the calcuator to 3BB raise

I guess the same could be said about this poster.

NYJ, where is this program installed at on my computer, I went to your site and ran the program but there was no install file to ask me where I wanted it installed. After closing it I cannot find it again!
Let me know where it is installed so I can place it where I want, installer app would be helpful.

Run Windows update and load any option update mentioning .Net Framework.
Also, the program is written in English(USA).

It is not installable. It is a stand alone executable. You can put it wherever you want and link to it.
