b/c most shortstackers do this to release a bonus and are playing way to many tables to enter info

that is the only way u could use this program effectively and shortstacking isn't for 2-4 tables

It looks like this may have been designed with the rake at .5/1 in mind.

For 1/2nl it's pretty accurate but neglects the bottom of the true shoving range to some extent. For example with the 35% open 15% call setting, at 1/2 an additional 2 offsuit kings, a suited queen, a suited jack, a suited 9, and a suited 8 are missing from the given shove range.

Not really. It doesn't take the prize pool, other stacks, etc in to account. It assumes a Bubble Factor = 1.
