Thanks.
As you know UR it's a free software so we develop the new feature in our spare time. At the moment we are testing a new release that support the new Ongame P5 software with THE, but in our to do list we have also the support of PLO.

I have the same problem when I try to install the replayer and I have not found a way around it as of yet. I also have win7 which I think could be a reason for the problem, any help is welcome.

this might be a really stupid question: the website says, UR supports Stud, Razz, Omaha & Hold'em,
however if I load in a stud history for example, the UR is still set to Hold'em and displays only 2 cards. How do I switch to Stud/Razz/Omaha? Thanks very much.

Are you sure that Stud is supported for your poker room.
You don't have to set anything but you have to check that you room is supported.

I'm testing the new beta version with the PLO support for new Ongame software (P5).
I'm not aan omaha player so probably I'll ask you for some hh in order to check all the feature.

I used the Java 6 update 20 with windows 7.
But I think that to solve your problem you have to wait the new UR release.

ah now I know the issue: The stud hand was out of a 8-game session. Therefore the hand history format is like this:

PokerStars Game #46417046568: 8-Game (7 Card Stud Limit, $0.20/$0.40 USD) - 2010/07/06 15:01:36 CET [2010/07/06 9:01:36 ET]
Table 'Zellner II' 6-max
Seat 1: Callidko ($3.72 in chips)
........

The replayer probably has a problem with converting this hh format. If I change the first line to:

PokerStars Game #46417046568: 7 Card Stud Limit ($0.20/$0.40 USD) - 2010/07/06 15:01:36 CET [2010/07/06 9:01:36 ET]
Table 'Zellner II' 6-max
Seat 1: Callidko ($3.72 in chips)
........

it works.
Could you change UR that it can read 8-game hh's? THat would be awesome.

EDIT: Actually not such a big problem, I can simply replace the lines in a text editor. It would however be a little bit more comfortable if UR could read the 8-game hh's.

Hey all, I downloaded UR and am having difficulty with it at this time. I am running Windows 7. I've followed the directions completely. Every time I try to drag and drop a hand or "convert history" and replay anything, I get this message:

[100710 02:16:22] Parsing data...
[100710 02:16:22] WARNING : No valid hand found in this file

I'm guessing I will have to wait for the update. I have searched and searched but still cannot find a solution. Anyone else have this trouble?

Is it a Full Tilt hand?

I am looking for a hand history replayer and came across Popopop Universal Replayer and was just wondering if it is a safe and trusted program? The last thing I want to do is download a program that will allow someone to see my holecards or passwords.

If you check in some previous post you can find the solution.

Full Tilt changed the file format so you have to open the hh file and save it in ansi format.

In the new UR release this problem has been fixed.

Hi guys!

I have the same problem. Also sometimes it doesn't launch when I say so, and the whole thing freezes. I read through the thread, found nothing useful (neither online). Is there a solution?
Also I'm very happy, that someone is taking over the Replayer. Can we read some infos about it somewhere?

Thank you very much,

How do I remove hand histories from the replayer? I watched a 30 hand session to test it (my 1st time using the replayer) and now I want to delete the entire hh. How do I delete all those hands as well as individual hands in the future?

Besides the FAQ's on their page http://www.universal-replayer.net/faq Where should I go to get a good tutorial on how to use the replayer. I went to their forum and its overgrown with spam.

We saw that some user has this problem with the user interface. Unfortunately we easn't able to reproduce your problem so are unable to understand the source of the problem. Our idea is that this problem is related to the video card driver, but we are not sure. What kind of video card do you have?

We are developing and testing the new release of Universal Replayer and in few weeks we'll give the official announce.

What do you mean about remove the hand history?
When you import a new hh a new xml file is created in the "scanned" or "imported" directory (it depends about your import method).
In few weeks a new web site will be developed because a new developer team is supporting this software. In the new web site you'll find all the info you need.

Hi!
If I can do anything to help, I'd very much like to. Here's that I know. After the first time I installed the program, it was nice, run like it should. Then a few days later it starts this weird mixed screen stuff. Now, sometimes I can still use it, but randomly. Every 20th times it works fine. Yesterday I made a video of my play, and wanted to use it, of course it didn't work. I installed a new windows on a virtual machine, and voilá, it worked on that perfectly!
If there's anything else I can do to help, please let me know!
Best wishes and thank you for your work!

I wrote a ahk-script to use the mousewheel to navigate in Action's and Hands, maybe someone like it.
MW-UP= Aktion FW
MW-DOWN= Aktion RW
XButton1= Hand FW
XButton2 and MButton= Hand RW

It gets a little trickier with FTP HH's, at least for me, I have to open the HH text document and copy and paste the text into a new text document, then I can drag the new text document over the table and it will import. Make sure to select the correct site in the import menu.
