I need some help with " universal hand replayer". Couple of weeks ago it's just got stuck. After scanning my hand history folder it's not showing any new games.I tried many different things but it's just not loading any new tournaments( 1 table sngs) even after scanning the HH folders.....
P.S. I did tried java reconfigure and checked the POP UNV REPL website....
P.P.S. Please help, I do not like my PT3 replayer...

Don't go around scanning your files with the replayer. Just manually retrieve the .txt doc from your HH folder by organizing them by date. Copy and paste the content into a new .txt doc (if you're playing at FT and have this problem as well) and just "drag and drop" the .txt doc onto the Replayer's main screen and that's it.

The forums over there are overrun with spam and bots.

I get the following 2 exceptions when I try to run the replayer from my desktop. I can re-install the replayer and it works fine, but whenever I go back to run it and use it the following pops up and the application won't launch.

wow - that is just sick

For some reason im trying to convert some FTP HH's. Whenever i go to convert it, i get a message saying "parsing data ----> WARNING: no valid hand found in this file"...

Any ideas?

Is anyone else having trouble using FTP HH's on the replayer?

Is there any other replayers that can be used?

I figured out how to get the files to convert, you just need to change the text encoding of the file.

Notepad >> SAVE AS >> change the encoding to either ANSI or UTF8 ans save the file. It should now convert

I apologize if this is spammy, but I haven't seen any other way to do this and I use the replayer a bunch. If you have a hand that won't convert in the popopop replayer, I created an output format on thehandconverter.com for the popopop XML format. Just save the output text in a file called "whatevernameyouwant.xml" and it will drag and drop into the popopop replayer.

is somebody can tell me if the popopup will get some update? if somebody can continue the development or asking the author to publish the source code with the GPL licence

Anyone know if the replayer will work with Full Tilt anytime soon? I'm getting parsing errors when trying to load sitngo HH files...

When I tried this method and clicked "save as..." the only XML option I had was Windows 2007 XML. Is that the right one? Cuz if so, I still can't get my tourney HH to load into the replayer.

This replayer has stopped working for me since the latest Full Tilt updates. Has anyone gotten it to work? I sorta got it to work by using thehandconverter.com but it's still not working 100%

I cant find anything about licence and i dont think its opensource.

I was looking at a Heads-up No Limit Hold'em sit and go that I played, and apparantly I had a 'luck factor' of -1.4...

What does this mean? Does it simply mean that I got bad hole cards? Or does it mean something more??? What exactly counts as 'bad luck'?

Hello, I cant start Universal Replayer. I have installed it and see in JWS apps. Also i have reinstall java and replayer, but that didnt help. Its looks starting normal, but after that starting app disappear and nothing more happen.
Can someone help me?

I just downloaded this replayer and I can't get the player to work with my Hand Histories. I'm curious if this application stopped working when the update FTP Software about a month back?
