Right clicking and dragging a HUD element will move HUD elements as long as the PokerStars Replayer is not open.
We use multi-monitor systems too and I think not being able to move the HUD is the direct result of the replayer HUD issue.
2. What operating system are you using? What version of PokerStars client?

Windows 7 x64, pokerstars 7 (EU), although the same happens with pokerstars 6
Also, the hud doesn't appear on normal tables, but only on zoom.
Live session tab doesn't update with normal tables too, like hands didn't happen at all, but with zoom it works fine.
The hud doesn't duplicate itself with PokerStars Replayer anymore, but it still is in the wrong place.
You can move it but it seems like it is in a square of the size of a table but the square isn't in the place the table is and you can't move objects out of frames of that box. What I've noticed is if I move the table to the top right corner the hud is almost in the right place but still not quite.
table on the right side of the screen = the hud moves further to the right and away from the table, table on the right side = the hud moves closer to the table.
up & down analogously
