Yes, you need to set the path of your hand history in order for the program to work. In SWC it's C:\<pathtoswc>\handhistories. Replace pathtoswc with the path where you installed SWC.

Thanks for the feedback. I might start working on a database implementation if the program gets enough interest. I personally don't mind playing with information just from the current session, so it hasn't been my priority.

edit: I'm pushing to the server a revision that disables automatic updates. Should be available in half an hour or so.

Are there any files in the hand history directory? Does the directory even exist? What games are you trying to play (table name, related hand history filename and possibly the content of the hand history)? You can PM me with this info so that we don't clog the thread with troubleshooting steps.

You are probably missing a font. Since I don't want people to download additional stuff, I changed the font in the code to an uglier Arial, which is more compatible. I just pushed a second update with the change.

That's normal; real time card recognition is currently not supported on SWC.

So then in SwC it does it does not see the hole cards until after the hand is over?...then the odds part would not work, just the Hud and the range, etc.

Didn't work for me either crashed the second it started. No offense OP, but normally I'd think that means virus... Has anybody confirmed that it actually works?

As I stated at the beginning of the thread:

By additional information I mean:

- The table name where the crash occurred (or did it crash at startup?)
- The hand history filename associated with the table.
- The hand history itself (possibly, if you are OK sending that information)
- The content of the debug window.
- The content of the error message (if any)
- If you receive an error like the one displayed by VP$IP, please expand the DETAILS box and copy-paste that information also. It contains valuable information.

Without these information just saying that "it crashed" it's not going to help much.

None taken, I get suspicious too when stuff doesn't work.

Correct. I will add hand recognition support to SWC in the near future.

For those who are getting the crash at startup... have you setup the hand history directory in the settings? A new update I just pushed prevents the crash when the hand history directory is not set. I assume many of you downloaded the program as you were playing on SWC.
