I was having this problem but have solved it. I had 2 settings wrong -

1. I didn't have the theme set to classic with avatars - it defaults to classic without avatars - changing this sorted out the emptying the amount box problem.

2. I hadn't calibrated the empty seats and the defaults are blue - this meant that software was calculating the number of players as 0 and the number of seats as 2.

i have no full tilt info for the auto buy in, but assume thats for everyone?


all in key is not working, sometimes it min raises other times nothing happens. but it always typed in the chat box.

I am using Windows XP and long time shortcuts user and promoter.

I noticed that when the actions don't work on the first push, I often see the button get pushed in on the screen.

interesting that time bank is working for some and not others. can someone smart identify the difference? it's not working for me, i use resized tables slightly smaller than default and i'm running vista.

I haven't had a chance to test yet, but there may be an incompatibility between PSC and both SpadeEye and Turbo Table Scan. The latter 2 programs disable clear type, at least during scans, afaik.

That's why we should mention our setup and as much details as possible. I'm gonna try again and post some feedback.

to those having bet amounts typed in the chatbox, try checking highlight bet amount in your FTP client. I did this and it suddenly worked.

This is the first time I have used PokerShortcuts (as opposed to FTS)

Here are the bugs I have found so far:

Deal me mode
- when I sit down at a table, it does not check the auto-post blind button, even though PSC debug mode CAN see the checkbox
- when the action first gets to me (asking if I want to post, wait, or sit out), PSC then checks the auto post blinds checkbox (or does FT client do this?) but does not press the Wait for BB button (PSC CAN see the buttons, according to debug mode)
- toggling Deal Me In/Out/Off works fine (I really like the way PSC handles this, btw)
- when I uncheck the auto-post checkbox, PSC does click Sit Out for me when the big blind gets to me.

Other stuff
- When I sit down at a new table, PSC does not click the OK button to buy me in (after typing that, I looked through PSC and didn't see an option for this - maybe this isn't included?)

- I am able to select the pre-call checkbox even though I shouldn't be able to

- debug mode does not ever see the Fold, Check, Call, or Raise buttons, but I am still able to use them. I thought this was the weirdest thing.

- This problem I only had while using a modded background (feel free to tell me to blow my mods out my ass while you're in the initial beta period): the left button (check or fold) never worked, but Call and Raise worked fine. As far as I could tell, this was the only difference while using my modded background.

I used a modded table and cards on all tables during my session, but only noticed differences when I changed the background. If anyone thinks the modded table or cards might be a cause of problems, let me know, but they never come in visual contact with any of the buttons or checkboxes that I was having issues with.

I am running 32 bit Vista with UAC turned off.

Has anyone gotten the time button to be clicked with overlap at all? Whether its tile or cascade overlap? Or is our only option to not overlap here for the time button?

Nano-Do the people that bought full tilt short cuts in 2008-2009 have to pay for Poker Shortcuts after the final version will be released after the beta? Will we get some key or we have to pay for a new one?(NOT Temp key, after the beta)

I have no overlap and the timer is not working. I have tried classic and racetrack with and without avatars. No mods. It actually worked somewhat when I had the mods installed LOL. I have no idea why the timer is not working

Time bank is working for me. Setup details:

Vista 64bit, racetrack, no avatars, UAC off obv, custom table and cards but default pods, etc. One table just goofing around testing the features, don't feel like grinding today.

I've never used poker shortcuts before testing today, but pretty sure the deal me feature isn't working properly. When I hit my toggle button (F6) I see the small "Deal Me: In" popup, but to actually change the setting I have to tap it several times in rapid succession to have it actually change to Out or Off. Then I tried changing it to Alt & d and it got really weird, the tooltip wouldn't stay lit for more than a fraction of a second.

I am sad that FTP ruined such a beautiful product and made so much work for you

I'm having same issues as above:

1. does not buy me in automatically, I have to click "OK" at buy in window

2. does not click "wait for BB" when sitting at a table

3. does not re-calculate street bet ring amt if I manually change it...then move my mouse to another table...and move it back ...the amt I entered in remains.. this used to change before.

Just want to say that this is the first time I am using PokerShortcuts. (I have a paid version of FTS that I used to use on FTP before they f...ed us all in such a stupid and inconsiderate manner).

Now I am using PokerShortcuts on Stars and for the limited number of things I am asking it to do, it is performing very well.

Nothing works for me .

It highlights the table red and display stuff like that but none of the betting/clicking stuff seems to work. Ive calibrated and that seemed to work. FTS worked fine before the update!

Any plans to add Pos X Pos Y to the OSD displays?

I have always played racetrack view 6 max tourneys and the BB displays is in a bad spot for racetrack.(FTP)

-mouse wheel and auto time bank will not work for me.

tested on play money tourney and decided to just use FTS(for OSD display) and use FTP mouse scroll while playing on FTP today. I'd imagine there are a few other bugs to be worked out but couldn't really give it good test yet.

Is there an option to close Tournament Lobbies of all the SNGs i'm in. Its so annoying to go through 10 SNG windows. I just want the tables no tournament lobbys. Can PS do this for me?

I use Winxp and will provide as much (too much?) detail as possible. I had 4 tables open and there was no overlap at all. The table size was the default size. I use classic, and I think it's called midnight mode? I have no custom mods of any sort

1. I have a checkbox in my mouse settings so that it will show the location of pointer when I press CTRL key. You've probably seen it. It "glows" around the pointer when I press that so I know where it is. Well when I have it enabled and I move the mouse to the active table AND the action is on me, it's like I pressed the CTRL key repeatedly. If I hover over the active table and the action is not on me this does not happen. I don't know if this will help in debugging anything, but for some reason it's like the program presses the control key ONLY when the action is on me and I have the table activated.

2. I have sit out active table set to f5 and have that set to my back button my my logitech MX revolution mouse. Sometimes I have to press the mouse button 2 or 3 times. On occasion it will sit me out of only a few tables, but not all. If I press f5, however on the keyboard it sits me out right away and that works fine.

3. Deal me mode doesn't work. I didn't have anything checked in the deal me area, and I on the ftp table I didn't check sit in or auto post blind, however it kept posting my blind.

4. mouse wheel does work to size the bets now. This is the first time since the ft update that the wheel has worked.

5. I have it set to enter 50% pot in the betting window and it does that, however there is DEFINITELY a lag. I can actually see the window highlighted, then the amount be typed in when I activate the table.

6. Close leave table dialog box works and so does close leave seat

7. I'm not sure what's going on w/ the auto time bank. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I had thought that it might only work on a table that was active, but that wasn't the case. It seems pretty random

8. Fold to any bet is set to f11 and also to the forward button on my mouse. Sometimes I have to press that 2 or 3 times, but that's still better than the alternative

What keeps check the "auto=post blinds" box? I don't have it checked under the Deal Me tab.
