Kala,
That actually
was a feature, but it had to be removed in order to support being able to stack windows. PlaceMint is not able to know which window is the topmost window in the stack.
FeelThePower,
It is possible to arrange windows based on those that in the ante (assuming that information is in the window title). You can use a regular expression to look for any number instead of a specific ante amount. If the expressions are created correctly, once the title of a window changes, it will move from the first group to the next.
If you post samples for each grouping you want, I can try and create the expressions. The more examples you give, the better the expression will be.
Moving tables to the other monitor for the special case of going deep might be tricky. The only thing PlaceMint can use to differentiate between windows is the title. You can not tell PlaceMint to allow it to be moved out of the stack and stop tracking it. If the windows title still matches the expression of a group, PlaceMint will always move the window back to the stack.
Kala,
That error screen means that another program has already registered a hotkey using Alt + Shift + P and PlaceMint can't use it. That is the default hotkey for pausing PlaceMint. YOu can change that by going to the Option and selecting a different hotkey.
The message about your xml file means that the settings file was not properly saved out and PlaceMint is reseting to the default options. Based on the fact that this happens when you first start your computer, I suspect you are shutting down your computer without first closing PlaceMint. This is a known issue because Windows has already started to shutdown somethings when PlaceMint gets the message to close and the settings file can not be properly saved. Instead you should close PlaceMint before shutting down your computer.
NCSU07 & TexDanny,
If that is the cause, you can make an expression that matches both of those titles.
Code:
.+\s(#\d+\s)?-\sLogged\sIn\sas\s
NCSU07,
It sounds like you have Ripple Forward enabled. This moves all of the tracked windows to the earliest avaibale slot and the empty slots to the end of the list.
jonathanjcr,
Here is a very basic expression. If you provide more examples I might be able to make it better.
Code:
-\sNo\sLimit\sHold'em\s-\sGoogle\sChrome
Raulsmile,
That sounds strange. There shouldn't be anything in PlaceMint where resizing one window depends on another. There may be an issue with OnGame where it does not properly register the resize event.
wombert,
You need to give me examples of the window titles you want to match, an image does not work.
See the instructions.
JACKTEN,
Thanks for helping.
MMD,
PlaceMint will allow you to do that, but it will not move windows back to the stack after you fold. You can assign a hotkey to the stack and press the hotkey when you are done with the window to move it back to the stack. PlaceMint will not change which window has focus, so if a table requires action, but another window is brought to the front, the first window will not automatically become visible when you act on the second table.
3-Iron,
crapme is right, copy all the files to a new computer and it will just work.
crapme,
Thanks for helping.
hawassy & baztalkspoker,
See the instructions on
how to ask for regex help.
Travbana,
Many clients require that the window mantain a specific aspect ratio and will prevent PlaceMint for making the window a size that is different.
RLOG,
Yes.
Setcho,
What do you mean by "the Details Grabber doesn't work with Boss"? If the details grabber does not show any information after you click on the window, then PlaceMint will not be able to match the window at all.
