I wouldn't waste your time with this program. You're far better off trying to internalize the concepts of equity for real using SngWiz than using a program that gives you realtime cheat info. I'm actually glad they're not around anymore tbh.

because ICM concepts are so difficult to program? ICM would be the easiest part of any potential bot development. I doubt one new bot is finished because this goes open source.

FWIW SNGEGT wasn't just a realtime calculator and as an ICM calculator it was a fine piece of software. Wiz is better but you can learn many of those equity concepts just as well with SNGEGT. It also came with a couple of training tools that were designed to help make ICM decisions an intuitive process, so writing it off as a 'cheat tool' is a little much imo.

Having said that I'm pleased with the recent turn of events that will hopefully make realtime ICM calculators a thing of the past industry-wide.

For whomever is using the tool already - what would be the most desired feature you'll like to get in? (focus on the Nash calculator at first place?). We have no clue now how such dev forum will end up, but picking up one or two most wanted features and trying to implement them will be a good way to get know the coding and decide how to go from there.

The use of software to assist with poker decisions during play is prohibited.

This includes programs such as hand strength calculators, tournament end-game analyzers and other poker advisors. Or use it only offline - which has some pretty good usecases too. I will add a reference on the project page that the online functionality is prohibited on some sites.
