Anyone? Sorry to ask twice but card catcher does not work for some reason. Is there any other screen scrapers out there or another method to getting FPDB to work for BOL?

I'm a bit new here. I'm not catching eveything Is it possible to run free poker DB on winamax for omaha 5 cards hands?

I'm fairly confident the answer is 'yes'.

It was I though do you know how?
For me it work for holdem and omaha 4 but the software do not import hand from new variants
I do not know if it is related but there is a mistake in my hands history from winamax :
it start with "Winamax Poker - CashGame - HandId: #9414705-1248-1483832407 - 5 Card Omaha Hi/Lo pot limit (1€/2€) "
I do not know why it is written Hi/lo or if it is the case for everyone.

1. What version of FPDB are you using?

2. Are you saying you are playing regular omaha 5, but the HH says Hi/Lo? I don't know if that would cause a problem for FPDB. I'd want to test with a sample HH.

Hi all

I'm new here to this software. And i'm having some problems...

1º)I installed mysql, and the installation requested me to install Visual Studio 2015 and python 3.4. So i installed all of them.
2º)Then i installed numpy and matplotlib as requested in http://fpdb.wikidot.com/install:windows
3º)After that i download the software and installed it.
4º)I set up an fpdb database in MySQL, and edited my HUD_config.xml File in the software paste, like requested in http://fpdb.wikidot.com/howto:mysql
5º)Then i changed my site settings (pasted the directory from pokerstars), hud settings, and change my pokerstars language to english.
6º)I tested the Hud in a ring table playmoney, and the stats didn't show up. The hands were getting registered, but no stats appear at all. I tested the hand reviewer too, and nothing appear.

In the end, with all that work, nothing is working. Did i miss something?

Hmm, which version of FPDB did you download? Seems like you are following an old guide.

I don't recall if the HUD works for play money. Does the HUD main window show up? Does it have your play money table listed? If so it's possible the stat windows are showing up behind the table window instead of in front. IIRC the standard advice in this case is to set HUD_main.exe to run as administrator. (And, again IIRC, you have to set FPDB to the same so it's allowed to call HUD_main).

Yes, i was using the older version (Version 0.40.5) linked in that old guide. So, it means i don't need to install all those programs the guide advised me? where can i find a new guide for the new version?
Btw, i just installed now the new version (Version 0.41.0-rc8), put the files fpdb and HUD_main running as adiminstrator and nothing works again. After importing hands i can't see them in hand review.
The Hud window (The little one with the exit option) showed up, and it shows the list with the name of my playmoney tables, but it dosen't show the stats of the players. And in this new version i have a new question. Where can i change the hud settings like in the older version?

Right, the new version doesn't need you to install anything separately.

You can install mySQL and use that if you want, but if you don't it defaults to a simpler database (sqlite). 0.40.5 did the same thing, actually.

Probably the best is to delete your database and config file and start fresh. If you go to the help menu -> about, license and copying, it should tell you where the config file is stored.

If the HUD still doesn't work after you do that we'll need to look at the log files to try and figure out what's happening. You can check them out from the help menu.

As for changing HUD settings, I removed that stuff from the program because I didn't like it. You can change things by editing the configuration file directly, I made a terse overview here. Let me know if you have any questions.

No problem, glad you got it going. We must give credit to ChazDazzle for the Winamax and Omaha 5 stuff. He's done most of the actual work on FPDB recently.

Those are the steps i did...

1º)Uninstalled mysql because i don't need it and all the other programs related
2º)Then i uninstalled the FPDB (Version 0.41.0-rc8)
3º)Then i installed it again and did the hand directory configuration
4º)I runned the HUD in a playmoney table and it didn't worked. After that i imported my hands and nothing happens, no graphs, no hand replayer.
5º)I deleted my database and config file and start again from step one. And still not working.

So, i think i'll need to send u the log files. Should i copy paste them to the forum? Wich ones would you like to see (Fpdb Errors\Fpdb log\HUD Errors\HUD Log\fpdb.exe log\HUD_main.exe Log)?
Oh btw, i was reading the log files and i saw this in HUD Log: "hud not created yet, because hero is not seated for this hand"

Well, this may be the only information we need. It might be that your screen name is not set correctly in FPDB. Make sure it's capitalised correctly and all that.

Trying to set this up with pokerstars, but hud not appearing. I get the following error in hud log:

2017-01-10 09:19:18,532 hud INFO hud not created yet, because hero is not seated for this hand

I've set up all the options I can, I think I've figured out how to do the preffered seat by editing the hud_config.xml. Still no joy

I had config my screen name in FPDB software but for some reason it didn't showed on the config file, so i changed it directly in the config file and now it's all working.
Btw, when i change any configuration in FPDB software, the config file gets all messy, so i think i need to change things in the config file and don't do any change in FPDB software.

has anyone had success getting FPDB to work with betonline? if so, how?

I'm currently trying to import my hand history for Ignition.

I'm using the file path: C:\Ignition\Hand History though when I bulk import from here, I see no results even though it says the import was completed. What am I doing wrong?

When it says the import has completed, there's usually a summary saying how many hands it found.

Hi phil, I'm still playing on winamax and there is a litle problem :

I'm always playing 4 tables or plus in 6 max and everytime, and at least thestats of one of the player in on of the table or the litle text "FPDBmenu" bug :

It stay on the top of my screen so basically as my tables are stack, if the table bellow has the bug, on my table on the top I will see the stats of everyone in the table plus the bugging stats from the guy in the table below. And if I open an Intenet page I can see the bugging stats over my internet page.

It is a bit hard to explain in English for me I hope I have been clear enought

Hello, is there any way to see (specific) villain stats? I try to change my name but no hands load. Or maybe add a HUD on hand viewer?
