You probably need to remove/rename an outdated config file. You can find its location in Help > About.

Having a backup of FPDB is fine.

Something is blocking access to the SQLite database, this is almost always another version of FPDB, or the HUD running in the background - say a HUD process that crashed. The processes are called HUD_main and fpdb, and if there are more than one of these running, this could cause the issues you are seeing.

It looks like I can see it without registration, though I can't read a lot of it.

There is one other possibility if all of the users seeing this issue are Spanish speakers, the translation itself may be causing an issue.

After making sure that there are no FPDB instances running (say after a reboot) are you able to re-create this issue when running the software in english?

Ok, i deleted the old config and set everything up again. Bulk-import seems to work fine. The ring-game stats and the graph-viewer react now, however when I press on 'refresh stats' or 'refresh graph' nothing happens.

Downloaded yesterday to check it out as I need something to improve my 7CS game. I suppose 50 players calling me a fish can't all be wrong (although it is strange that my Bankroll is increasing lol)!

Seems good but I cannot get PartyPoker to load (7CS).

Have managed Titan on a tiny sample.

I have tried the auto and the bulk import -'bulk import' nothing seems to happen (I am pointing to the right directories), and 'auto' import whilst playing I get an error message.

Have the Party Poker HH's changed format or something that is causing this?

Apologies if the question has been asked before, but it is difficult to find in a thread of over 350 pages - I suppose that is the problem with giving a good product and service for free ;-)

Hi Sorrow.

Got it working (.29 GIT) under Ubuntu 10.10 and PokerStars (Wine).
Only problem is the location of the HUD and mucked cards.
Once I have it set, I right click on the menu and select save HUD.
Restart fpdb and open a new table, HUD's are all over the place again.
In the terminal, I can see where it says config updated or something like that
after I do the Save HUD option...

Pokerstars is killing me with the updates. Now they change the soft to poker EU and all the handhistory is change and hud is not working after I changed the path in fpdb. Uff!

1) The tournament results import still taking a long time.

For the first import : 15', for the second : 29', for the 3rd : 1 hour, then 40'.

I have a remark. Why re import all the results every time ?
Should be better making a list of the tournaments number who are already import in the database. Then the program have only to import the new results.

This is the process of ScriptFetchWinamaxResults.py I guess.

2) Hud work well on SnG and MTT, but in a MTT, when I change of table, the old stats of the old table stay on the new table, whith the new stats of the new table.

3) When I close a tournament and open a new game (new table) sometime the HUD does'nt work on the new game and I have to stop a nd restart the HUD

Well, I have some money on Mansion now. The graph viewer and ring game statistics work there, but not for Pokerstars. I don't get anything when klicking 'refresh'. HUD works fine on both sites.

great program, this is definitely one of the easiest to use! I've tried pokertracker 3 and it didn't work for me ( got unrecognised file format ) and holdem manager was too expensive.

Have been using this on Pokerstars and works a charm. PLO, draw games, the works.
Have the latest version downloaded and cant get Everest (MTT and cash) to run. Get an error - GAME TYPE CANT BE DETECTED and sometimes a PARSE ERROR. Funny thing Pokerstars is running great on the same setup (version of FPDB) . Tried taking my screenname off, as advised on this tread 300 pages or so ago but did not work. There is also a broken link to some config changes over there.
What can I do for basic troubleshooting?

I play on Party Poker.

I have fpdb 0.29.904, on cash games it work fine but on sng it doesn't show hud.

fpdb shows this "Table 210065_2532910.txt 1 stored, 0 duplicates, 0 partial, 0 errors (time = 0.446000)..."
I checked and this file exist with hand history, but i didn't have hud on game.

Please, help me.

Where is the path of the database?

I already have a .db archive with my hh and i want to load my hh from that file.

Can i copy paste this?

I dont have time to import to many hands again to a new db.

I had fpdb when all the trouble with Pokerstars' hand histories broke out.

The HUD would not work.

No real solution was found so I stopped using fdpb and played by feel.

Today, I downloaded fpdb 0.29.904.

The batch file does not run the program.

Help.
