It shouldn't matter how many fpdb folder exist, only of one of them is running (and stuck)

I haven't seen this happen in a while. Rebooting used to fix the problem 99.9% of the time, but some of the locking has changed so i'm not certain of this.

Now I came to the situation before, some weird imports disable my HUD permanently, i feel something is wrong when fpdb tried to import my pokerstars guaranteed tourney.

Hello

is it possible to install this in LXDE desktop (PCLOS LXDE) ?
I cannot find the following python packages in repositories :
python-tz
python-matplotlib-data
python-wnck
python-pypoker-eval
Where can I find and install them ?

Downloaded and unpacked : fpdb-0.29.904.tar.gz
To install I have to run "run_fpdb.py" ?
If i do i obv get error message python-wnck is missing ?

Am pretty new to linux, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

How come I can no longer import hands into the database?

I have stored over 170k hands. Probably needs cleaning up?

How is the cleaning up the database? although I have only 100 thousand hands ...

Hi sorrow,

Thank you for your continued help.

What I have done:

1. I wiped fpdb off my system completely.

2. I downloaded fpdb-git-20120124-37fff31.

3. I used Run as (this can only be done on the exe not the shortcut icon).

4. I was only allowed to Run as Owner, but nothing opened up so I clicked on the exe.

5. Fpdb takes on the hands but only the Fdpb Menu patch appears, no stats.

What should I try now?

Reminder: I am running Windows XP with Service Pack 3.

Again, much thanks for your help.

I've never seen LXDE, so if they dont package them you will probably need to install from source which will be a significant undertaking.

Try searching for less exact package matches. wnck, matplotlib etc. You may get lucky.

I'm going to need a lot more info than this. What version are you using? What database?, What site are you trying to import? When did stop working?

I'm not sure. Are there any log messages besides 'The system can not run the program'?

version 0.29.902 and 904 under debian, works for about 2 hours then crashes. From then on every time I restart fpdb, 10 sec after I hit autoimport, crashes again and fpdb stops. Looked at the log from the menu but doesn't say anything like an error.

FPDB 0.25, Pokerstars, stopped 1st Feb and has not worked since.

Why the HUD dont work in Sit and MTT in Pokerstars?

Loving the program. A few things I'd like to ask though:

I've had no luck getting the Hand Viewer to work.

I've tried with all the games on Pokerstars. I get the hand listing on the right, but when I double click a hand, the little player pops up without any graphics showing. When I click the play button, the progress bar moves, but again, no sign of a hand playing.

Hope this error code gives you some idea as to why this is happening:

I'd also like to request the addition of sample size info for applicable stats. For example PF3 = 10 (10/100)
