Equity Poker Network converter. Use HM2's HUD on EPN! - Page 6 - Poker Software -- Two Plus Two Poker Forums

Just installed the program it works perfectly for pokerhost. My issue is that HEM2 version 2.0.0.8129 imports the hands correctly but only as an error. I notice the amount of errors is the same as the hands I have played at the table. If anyone has a working HUD what version of HEM2 are you using. Thankyou.

My hud wont even pop up as hem2 isnt correctly importing hands. It only imports them as errors and it isnt saving them to my database.

Are you saving them to the correct file and them having HM2 pull them with a poker stars file?

Got the cash game huds working fine. Tournies are a different story. holdem manager cannot find the buy in and the hud will not show up. Any Suggestions?

Hi!
i have a problem with the omaha hand histories
i got error from HM when importing the converted hands so i compared it with an original PS hand history, and i found a difference
in the converted hh its like this:PokerStars Hand #1192333068: Pot Limit Omaha
while it should be : PokerStars Hand #1192333068: Omaha Pot Limit
changed it manually and it imported without errors but thats still not a solution for real-time hud
any help?
other than that, it works great!

I cannot get this to work on 5Dimes, anyone else with same problem? I've read thru the thread and it seems to be hit or miss. I created a HH folder on my desktop, all my HH are saving in there, the I created a folder the converted HH and I pointed the EquityPokerConverter.exe to it, but no luck.

Anyone else getting constant error hands now?? It was working for me all week and then today it suddenly is having alot of trouble importing hands and I have not changed a thing, half of them are errors! is there anywhere in HEm that says why these hands are errors and others are not? i cant find anything and its frustrating

Been looking at some of the raw Chico HHs. What a nightmare! They're sooo full of blatant errors and I assume it's the same for EPN. Kudos to OP for managing to deal with it with any success at all.

It looks like it does not work on Chico as is. If you edit the skin name in the HH files, you might get something. It's not a solution for having the HUD work unless you write a script to edit the files on-the-fly. Not sure even that would work reliably.

Ok so I figured out I had to download a .zip application to extract it but then after I extracted it which I do believe I did correctly, I double click on the 'equitypokerconverter.exe' file in the .zip application and it asks me if I wish to run it and then it crashes. I uninstalled Net 4.5 thingy and installed Net 4.0 and also turned off firewall. Still crashes.

I seem to have gotten further. I have finally gotten Holdem Manager to display correct HUD on my tables after using table finder. I pointed the equitypokerconverter.exe to the correct folders to read hand histories and stuff. Everything was working fine EXCEPT.

I woke up the next morning and EquityPokerConverter.exe is now again saying 'Stopped working -------> Close the Program.

So I redownloaded everything, opened it up again, pointed the correct folders etc and then closed it out. Reopened it and again...same thing.

It seems it works fine the first time and then after it's closed out and reopened it crashes which I have never experienced before....very strange.

Maybe I'll try pm'ing the developer as this thread seems to be a few months old to begin with...
