I think it will work with PT4 since it converts to PokerStars format which is supported by PT4.

Hi Matt,

I'm having problems understanding how to install and run on my MAC. Any help would be appreciated and thanks for creating this solution.

Re: Bodog (Ignition/Bovada) Hand History Converter

Hey Matt,

Thank you very much for doing this. I followed the instructions but I'm stuck on part 4, when I type "python app.py" error lines appear in command prompt, I'm on windows 7. What should I do?

When I try and install PyQt from the 64-bit direct link, it says "This copy of PtQt has been built against Python v2.7 (x64) which doesn't seem to be installed. Do you wish to continue with the installation?"

I think the direct link to PyQt is no longer compatible with the 2.7.13 version of python? I'm not sure. I did the troubleshoot method to see if python is installed and it is.

EDIT: I uninstalled PyQt and Python. I installed Python v2.7.11 (instead of v2.7.13) and I used the 32-bit direct link for PyQt (instead of the 64-bit direct link). It works! Idk why because my version of windows is 64...

Nice, glad you got it to work.

Thanks for the feedback. Hopefully if someone else is having the same problem they can get it working doing the same thing. It might have just been the 32-bit version of PyQt4 that got it to work, so you might want to try the newer version of Python (uninstall both, re-install).

Re: Bodog (Ignition/Bovada) Hand History Converter

I downloaded the zip file and the Python 2.7. I am stuck on installing the PyPt4. I unzip the file and there are a lot of files. Which one do I use to install it? Can you also send some instructions how to install? Thank you.

Re: Bodog (Ignition/Bovada) Hand History Converter

Hey, I'm having an issue with the ignition hand converter. When I open it, I get this screen even though I've been using the converter for over two years and have already gone through the steps to switch it over to Ignition.

What should I do?

Re: Bodog (Ignition/Bovada) Hand History Converter

This should also work for Bodog Zone, right? I play in Canada on Bodog (technically separate from Ignition but looks to be essentially the same). I have the program installed and running, but whenever I run the convertor, it always says 0 hands processed in 0 file(s). All I do is point to a folder where my hand history files are, and then give an output directory to put the converted files in, correct? I'm not exactly sure whether it is necessary to put anything in Move Processed Directory, but I've tried it both with and without that option, and same results.

I haven't used it for a while and I have never tested it with a Bodog hand history so it might not work anymore or might not work with Bodog hand histories. Pm me a copy of a couple hand histories and I will take a look.

Re: Bodog (Ignition/Bovada) Hand History Converter

To confirm, this does also work for people that play on Bodog rather than Ignition. Thanks, Matt!
