When I try and install PyQt from the 64-bit direct link, it says "This copy of PtQt has been built against Python v2.7 (x64) which doesn't seem to be installed. Do you wish to continue with the installation?"
I think the direct link to PyQt is no longer compatible with the 2.7.13 version of python? I'm not sure. I did the troubleshoot method to see if python is installed and it is.
EDIT: I uninstalled PyQt and Python. I installed Python v2.7.11 (instead of v2.7.13) and I used the 32-bit direct link for PyQt (instead of the 64-bit direct link). It works! Idk why because my version of windows is 64...
