Is it necessary to follow Reefypoopoo's "How to make AHK scripts work with Vista" for Win7? Switching off Aero, adjusting bording padding etc.

I'm having a recent issue with stars where it appears the decimal place is being put in the wrong place postflop. Everything works as expected PF but post flop my sizes are always putting me all in. I suspect this problem may have been introduced with the latest update, can anyone verify or have a fix?
