I am having problems getting Tournament Shark to work with Full Tilt.

Since I made update yesterday TS is no longer displays other players stats.

Is anyone having similar issues and what could be the problem?

The new version of Tournament Shark released last week supports all Merge skins including RPM.

Does anybody use this software at all anymore. I noticed that nobody has posted anything about in a few years. Is it outdated ? I have just re-entered the online poker world and have had to re-install the software again. I needed help and they definately helped me out. I have had issues with the software and needed to speak to them over 10 times. I can tell they are getting frustrated with me. But they do help.

hi, I have TS, play on pokerstars 2.5$ turbo 180 and some tournaments, but TS is not able to retrieve any player names, that window attached under the table is blank. Have any idea how to fix it? Thanks!

The standalone version of Tournament Shark comes with unlimited searches.
If you get the Tournament Shark version included in Super HUD then, depending on the version, you will be able to upload an unlimited number of hand history files onto the cloud through Super HUD, access/browser them online and display cash/tourney stats on your table.
In other words, the best of both worlds - cash and tournament stats within one product.

The new version of Tournament Shark now includes not only general MTT, SGN and HUP player ratings but also more insightful ratings specific to each tournament type and buy-in. For example, if you play $2 9-player SNG only you will be able to see your rating and the ratings of other players for that tournament type only.

stopped using this software when I was "forced" to make the switch to Bovada. Prior to that it worked pretty well for me as a tournament supplement/layover to HEM (while playing SNGs).

anyways, chiming in, to say thank you. Apparently I never canceled my subscription. Saw a recent yearly charge for it. Shot poker pro labs an email and they took care of it and refunded me accordingly.

I felt compelled to post since they responded so quickly and took action. Thank you!
