i know this is an old thread... but my stats and stuff arent displaying either, unless i manually type their names in! help?

so I just got the demo version for like 7 days! But I have a problem the stats are not automatically showing up like they should on players. So right now the stats come up if i manually type in the name. So its as good as opr , or sharkscope.

so hopefully I can get it to work as it seems like a useful tool!

Love it, however sometimes the player statistics are not available.Anyone know why. When the names are missing i key in manually, thats fine. What causes there to be a screen name, no stats, and is there a way to retrieve that info?

I really like this site a lot, but I'm wondering why some of the sit and go's aren't tracked. For example, the 25+2's, Steps aren't but about everything else I've played is.

Is there anything better besides sharkscope?

The 25+2 SNG information is only available if you played in that tournament. At this moment we are waiting for this info to become available. We are also adding the ability to upload HH into the Top Shark rankings system.

Ongame support has been added for both Tournament Shark and Top Shark. It currently supports Bwin and Hollywood poker.

This upgrade is available free to existing customers. If you are an existing customer you will need to select “yes” when prompted for an update. All the HUD templates and customization options are available in the upper right hand corner when attached to the poker table or in the main window under HUD settings.

It has never asked me about an update and I don't have HUD settings in the main window. How do I get the new update?

Sorry if this is a repost but I cant get tournament shark to work anymore since full tilt's update a few days ago. Does anyone know how i can get it running again?

is this legal? why is op banned?

Having problem with Tournament shark on FT. it worked only one time and that is it. I can not select any tables. I did not do any changes at all . I have heard that people are having problems with it, but seems like no one found a solution...
Please help.

I did an update . Works fine now.

As posted above, can someone explan how the ratings are calculated? The stars and the letter prefix makes no sense.

Also, I only seem to get half the players to auto load, the rest I have to cut and paste in. Is this the norm?
