Purchased TN on 25/12/12 and I've been unable to use it since the 1st June so I've only had 5 months use out of it.

We have bug tickets HM-6979 and HM-7006 regardling TNFT crash
Current status of both = Open

Does TN2 work on BWIN?

BWIN is Party Network -> TN2 works there.

I cannot get auto-timebank or I'm Back(never sit out) to work in TN2.

What version are you running? What theme are you using? Does this happen on cash or tournaments or both?

So, TN2 works for ftp??? I have not looked at the cost but as a usa player i may be back on ftp soon if i go to canada. I want to stack my sngs and use table ninja for hotkeys, I want the table popped to front to be active and then i make decision via hotkey, next table pops up and i click hotkey, etc.

does this sound like it will work for ftp? I just opened FTP software to test it but dont have TN???? I had TN1 pre black friday

Auto Time bank is not working.

Hotkeys are working but it's not reading properly the pot. I set it to minraise pre and it's pot betting sometimes and nother times minraising.

The preset % for flop turn and river are not working.

Look what your software has done to me. It stole focus of my table until I timed out. This software is a piece of ****.

I'm unistalling it inmediatly. It is costing me money.
Table ninja 1 works better than this crap of table ninja 2. If it's not because Table Ninja 1 makes ftp software to crush then table ninja 1 would be by far better than this tn2 crap.

well,I tried it for a bit during my trip to Canada and it wasn't working how I hoped. didn't try real long but most ppl seem pretty disappointed with tn 2 functionality. kind of hate poker right now

I have a Problem with TableNinja FT.
TNFT is switching all time when action is required very(!) fast between 2 betsizes: The size in the "Pot Betting"Tab in TNFT -->Defaultbets-->Preflop = 2,5 BB
AND
the middle Pot-Tab (Custom Bet Buttons: Min, Pot (this one), Max) above the betsize window in the FullTilt Software.

This Problem came from one day to the other without changing anything.

I already reinstalled FullTilt und changed all the setting properly like "restore custom bet buttons" and so on

What can I do ?

I am sorry to hear you are having these issues, with the auto time bank can you please try changing to Classic theme and see if the problem persists, if it does can you please go to the hot keys tab > encountered a problem, assign a hot key here then reproduce the Auto time bank issue, click the problem hot key and then send us your log as i can't reproduce this so hopefully your logs will tell us what is causing the issue

Go to the settings tab in TN2 > click on send logs to Table Ninja

Once you do this it will create a zipped file with all the settings/logs, Please note the location the files are being saved to.

Once you do this attach the zipped file to an email and send it to us so we can review it for any errors.

For the preset bets issue are you using Table under the mouse? If so there is currently a known issue where if the mouse is away from the table and when it is your turn to act and you bring the mouse to that table then the preset bets will be messed up. We are working on this and hope to have it resolved by the end of next week.

If you are using table in foreground then please make sure you are using default themes and also Custom Bet Buttons need to be reset to their defaults

Again i can't reproduce this using table in foreground so if you can still reproduce then Go to the setup tab > click on the debug tab

Go to preset bet tab and leave that open

As I don't want to buy TN2 as I bought TNFT four months before you changed the system to having to pay each month - I was not impressed.

I haven't played poker for five or 6 months - I guess TN1 FT doesn't work on FTP now?

TN1 FTP still works with FTP, right now we have not stopped support, Our focus is on rapid TN2 updates to address community feedback. Once the feedback reflects that we have substantially addressed the communities suggestiosn and concerns, we will consider establishing a new EOL date for TN1. Until that time, we will continue to support TN1 and are not considering the establishment of a new TN1 EOL date.

Hey, I bought TN2 today, and I have a problem with the preset bets, I have to click on a table and just then TN2 write the numbers (preflop and post flop), I already tried with table in foreground and under the mouse options.

I remember from tn1 that work perfectly, with just put the mouse over a table the presets bets works, I bought tn2 for this feature, please help. I play on PS.

Preset bets should work without having to click on the table, I assume you are using table under the mouse feature? I have just tested this on FTP and it works for me.

1) Make sure you have the latest version 2.2.124 http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloa...ate2.2.124.msi

2) FT: Custom Bet Buttons need to be reset to their defaults

3) FT: table should be big enough to display all 3 tabs above bet box (min-pot-max)
