Does TN2 have the option to change stack sizes into bb's on the cash tables ?

If not, is this likely to be implemented at some point as there is this option elsewhere ?

It is not possible for us to do this. There are no plans for adding this in the future.

Hi there preset bets won't work for me at all on bwin- software acknowledges the tables alrite- anything I could do to fix it? All I want are the preset bets

Please reproduce issue, then go to TableNinja 2 > Help > Contact Support and click the "Send logs to TableNinja" button.
Then send a copy of that ZIP file.

Also please send a screenshot of your desktop with a table and your HUD displayed.

Please send the screenshot even if you don't have a HUD or custom table theme.

Please also briefly describe what is happening in the ticket.

Hi - Despite just purchasing a new TN2 all-sites package; upon entering the license code I'm greeted with this msg "Number of trials exceeded. You can only trial the software on 2 different computers." I suppose it goes without saying that I haven't used this new code on any other computer, and it's not a trial code... Thx

Edit: Oooooo solved it by resetting profiles. It said this code was already in use on two computers...

Just opened TN2 and says my license / free trial has expired even though i pay a monthly subscription.

Entered my license code and still will not work, tried resetting the code ... no luck

Thanks for the reply.

I sent customer support a email yesterday.

Ive been out since then and just returned now ... checked my emails and i had a reply asking to try a new code.

Opened up TN2 and there was no need for a code as it opened without any issues.

Any explanation as to why it would not open yesterday ?

We will need log files every time something is not working.

Please reproduce issue, then go to TableNinja 2 > Help > Contact Support and click the "Send logs to TableNinja" button.

Not sure if this is possible but ill ask anyway

I use 4 stacks with the multi-stack layout option with no filters and new tables just get added to the least occupied stack.

Is there a way to use the above option but maybe use another stack ( say slot 5 ) for new tables and if i want to keep the table i press a hotkey and it auto goes into the least occupied stack of 4 ?

I may or may not have asked this before but old age has diminished my memory capabilities somewhat ..

You can set it that if no filters match move new tables to xxx for example move new tables to slot 5

Used to have table ninja it worked fine for me on PS but couldnt use it with PS and 888 at the same time.

Is this still the case or can you use TN on both at the same time now?

Yes both should work at the same time. But because 888 is still in beta we suggest you don't play on this site with other poker clients as it can happen at times that the other clients will steal focus.

TN2 "I'm Back" for tournaments isn't fast enought to sit back in before next dealt hand while HU. Is it really that slow?

Does TN2 "I'm Back" for tournaments stops working after some time of inactivity or after X amount of continued sit out hands?

I'm really curious, because free software for public use can handle both problems mentioned above.



Is Spin&Go Sensei still not working (for how many months?)?

Hey,

A red box appears in the middle of all my tables now after Pokerstars new update today. It blocks the flops and makes playing almost impossible. I am using Hyper-Simple theme. How can this be fixed? Thanks in advance.

Firstly make sure you have this version http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloa...date2.6.84.msi

If you sit out using the HK then it won't sit you back in till you click the sit back in HK if you don't and you are auto sit out and there is inactivity then it will sit you out till you move the mouse again. What site is this on?

Spin and go is working unless they have recently changed the lobby again.
